Job Overview
We are looking for a Creative Video Editor to join our in-house creative team. In this role, you will be
responsible for producing high-quality video and graphic content that drives performance across Meta,
Google, and organic social platforms.
The ideal candidate has strong creative instincts, understands what drives engagement, and is comfortable working with both video and static formats while leveraging modern tools, including AI, to enhance creative output.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing: Edit high-converting video ads for Meta and Google campaigns with a strong focus on hooks, pacing, and engagement.
Short-Form Content: Produce short-form, vertical-first content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels.
Creative Design: Design static creatives including carousels, banners, and stories tailored to platform-specific requirements.
Motion Graphics: Create motion graphics, animated text overlays, and transitions to enhance visual storytelling.
Creative Optimization: Iterate rapidly on multiple creative variations based on performance data and A/B testing insights.
Template Creation: Build scalable creative templates for campaigns and clients to improve efficiency and consistency.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines.
AI-Assisted Production: Leverage AI tools for creative production, including editing, ideation, and content generation, to improve speed and output quality.
Required Qualifications
2 - 4 years of experience in video editing and graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setup.
Strong portfolio showcasing video ads and design creatives across platforms.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma for static creative design.
Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Strong creative thinking ability with a focus on performance-driven content.
Ability to self-manage and deliver polished work under pressure.
Bonus: UGC-style editing, colour grading, or basic web design experience.
