Our services also extend to the production of TV commercials, digital video content, and movie marketing efforts. With a diverse talent roster of over 50 individuals, including actors, musicians, dancers, and influencers from the five southern states of India, we are committed to empowering creativity and delivering impactful marketing strategies for our clients.

About the Role

Talent Manager Influencer & Celebrity Partnerships

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Manager to manage, onboard, and grow relationships with influencers, digital creators, and celebrity talent. This role involves identifying and signing new talent, developing their personal brand, and managing end-to-end brand partnerships. The Talent Manager will play a key role in building and expanding the agency's talent roster while ensuring longterm career growth for creators.

The ideal candidate understands the creator economy, social media platforms, brand collaborations, and influencer marketing campaigns, and can effectively balance both talent expectations and brand requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Onboarding & Management

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard emerging and established influencers/celebrity talent aligned with the agency's vision.

- Conduct onboarding sessions with new talent to align on expectations, brand positioning, and commercial opportunities.

- Develop and maintain a strong and diverse talent roster across categories such as entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, and digital creators.

- Build personal brand strategies for talent to help scale their presence and monetization opportunities.

- Manage a roster of influencers, creators, and celebrity talent on a day-to-day basis.

- Act as the primary point of contact between talent and the agency.

- Guide talent on professional conduct, campaign expectations, and brand alignment.

- Identify and secure brand collaboration opportunities aligned with each talent's personal brand.

- Pitch talent to brands, agencies, and production houses for campaigns, endorsements, and collaborations.

- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and campaign deliverables.

- Coordinate with internal teams for influencer campaigns, shoots, and content production.

- Ensure smooth execution of brand deliverables, timelines, and approvals.

- Track campaign performance and maintain strong client relationships.

- Guide talent on content strategy, platform growth, and audience engagement.

- Identify emerging social media trends and opportunities across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

Requirements

- 13 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, celebrity management, or brand partnerships.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

- Experience onboarding and managing digital creators or public personalities.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple talents and campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with digital creators, influencers, or celebrity talent.

- Existing network with brands, agencies, and production houses.

- Understanding of contracts, commercial negotiations, and campaign reporting.
