Creative Supervisor- Copy

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Writing: Produce unique, high-quality content on various topics as per client requirements.
• Creative Concept Development: Work closely with clients to interpret briefs and develop creative concepts.
• Editing & Rewriting: Edit, rewrite, and enhance content as needed to ensure clarity, quality, and consistency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Head to ensure that content meets the agreed-upon standards and deadlines.
• Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior content writers, offering guidance and feedback.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide updates on content progress.
• Meeting Deadlines & Budgets: Ensure all deliverables are completed within the set timelines and budget.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content writing and copywriting.
• Strong editing and rewriting skills.
• Ability to understand client briefs and translate them into creative concepts.
• Experience in supervising and mentoring junior content writers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work within a budget.
