We are looking for a high-performing Creative Strategist / Direct-Response Copywriter to join our fast-growing consumer app studio! As a Creative Strategist, you will act as the owner of ad creative performance across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube - taking concepts from zero brief production launch.
You will drive the strategy behind our ad engine, research customer psychology, craft winning angles, and collaborate with editors/designers to ship high-performance creatives at speed. Your work will directly shape revenue growth across multiple brands.

We're building direct-to-consumer brands at speed, and we're looking for a Creative Strategist who wants to pioneer new ad concepts, drive ROAS improvements, and help scale several of our fastest-growing apps.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end ownership of creative strategy: researching, ideating, briefing, and overseeing production.
- Deeply understand our customersbeliefs, desires, fears, motivationsand convert insights into winning ad angles.
- Build buyer personas and messaging frameworks that inform creative direction across channels.
- Write highly detailed ad briefs for editors/designers and guide them through revisions to ensure the final assets match your vision.
- Analyze past ads to identify patterns, hooks, pacing, thumb-stoppers, and winning messaging structures.
- Run rapid creative testing to identify high-performing concepts, iterations, and scaling opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with editors, designers, leadership, and marketing to ship ads on fast production cycles.
- Optimize ad concepts for ROAS, thumb-stop rate, CTR, and cost per action.
- Participate directly in shaping the creative roadmap for all Triplespeed brands.
- (Future) Step into a leadership role owning performance creatives and leading a full creative team.
Who Can Apply- Candidates with 15 years of experience in direct-response copywriting, creative strategy, or performance marketing.
- Candidates who understand short-form platforms (Meta/TikTok/YouTube) and how ads win.
- Candidates who have worked on DTC, apps, or media buying teams - or have produced ads with measurable outcomes.
