We are growing fast and are looking for someone who lives and breathes content, creativity, and performance marketing.
What will you do
Lead creative strategy for Meta & Google ad campaigns (at scale)
Write thumb-stopping ad scripts with clear hypothesis, persona targeting & problem-solution hooks
Generate creatives using AI tools (Runway, Veo3, Midjourney, and others)
Shoot short-form content (your own face + actors/influencers when required)
Optimise and iterate on winning ads to improve CTR, CVR, CPA & ROI
Work closely with product team to understand user motivations, astrology use-cases & behavioural triggers
Analyse creative performance, understand metrics, and build testing frameworks
What do we need
Deep understanding of short-form content (Reels, YT Shorts, TikTok-style ads)
Proven Meta Ads experience (mandatory)
Must have created performance ad creatives previously
Ability to analyse metrics like Hook Rate, CTR, Retention, CVR
Strong creative thinking, storytelling and energy
Minimum 2 years experience in Creative Strategy or Performance Creative roles
Passion for astrology, spirituality, self-improvement (big bonus but not mandatory)
