Job Description: Creative Strategist

Purpose of the Role
The Creative Strategist role is ideal for a junior copywriter who is hungry to learn, create, and grow in a fast-paced, top-tier creative agency environment. You'll work closely with award-winning creative teams and Creative Heads, contributing ideas, writing sharp copy, and helping bring bold, digital-first and integrated campaigns to life.
This role is for someone who lives and breathes ideas, understands culture and platforms, and wants hands-on exposure across brands, formats, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Creative Heads, Group Creative Managers, and Senior Creative Strategists on live client accounts
- Assist in developing creative ideas, concepts, and copy across digital-first and integrated campaigns
- Write clear, engaging, and platform-appropriate copy for social, digital, film, web, and activations
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, relevant, and innovative ideas
- Understand client briefs and help translate objectives into creative solutions
- Work closely with designers, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life
- Be involved in end-to-end execution support, including coordination with internal teams and external partners when required
- Stay updated with pop culture, trends, platform nuances, and new formats
- Ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all creative outputs
- Manage timelines and deliverables assigned to you under guidance from senior team members
Required Skills & Experience
- 12 years of experience as a junior copywriter or creative (agency experience preferred)
- Strong interest in digital-first and integrated advertising
- Good writing skills with an understanding of tone, brand voice, and platforms
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a high-energy agency environment
- Ability to work fast without compromising on creative quality
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
