Job Description

Job Title: Creative Strategist Influencer Marketing (24 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative strategies and campaign concepts tailored for influencer marketing across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
  • Identify the right influencers for brand campaigns and align content ideas with brand objectives.
  • Work closely with the sales, account management, and production teams to ideate innovative content formats and collaboration ideas.
  • Analyze market trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to propose fresh creative ideas.
  • Create campaign briefs, storyboards, and content guidelines for influencers.
  • Monitor content quality, brand tonality, and deliverables to ensure creative consistency.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and derive insights to improve future creative strategies.
  • Stay updated with pop culture, social media trends, and influencer categories.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 24 years of experience in influencer marketing, creative strategy, or digital content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator economy, and digital storytelling.
  • Ability to think out-of-the-box and bring fresh, platform-native ideas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
