Job Description

The ideal candidate possesses a passion for writing and an innovative ability to create successful marketing campaigns and aid in creating company growth. You will be responsible for generating exciting and compelling stories on both digital and print sources of media.

Responsibilities

Develop creative strategy and ideas for integrated brand campaigns across digital, influencer, performance, and offline channels.

Build and maintain a strong brand identity and brand voice, ensuring consistency in storytelling, packaging, and communication.

Partner with design, content, and performance teams to deliver compelling campaigns that drive visibility and sales.

Manage community engagement, PR, and influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach.

Stay updated with market trends, consumer culture and behaviour, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Analyze consumer insights, brand health metrics, and campaign ROI to optimize marketing strategies.

Qualifications

3 - 7 years of experience in brand and content creation within D2C, FMCG, or food brands.

Strong creative instincts with a passion for high quality content creation

Proven experience in content strategy, copy writing, creative direction

Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills ability to work with multiple teams and deliver results

Passion for food, culture, and building brands that connect with modern consumers.
