What You'll Do

Campaign Ownership & Performance (20%)

1. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube Ads

2. Optimize for CPI, CPP, retention, and ROAS

3. Run A/B tests across creatives, targeting, and messaging

4. Turn data into insights and scale winning campaigns

5. Stay updated with platform trends and ad formats

Creative Strategy & Hindi Content (80%)

1. Write high-converting Hindi scripts for YouTube and Instagram Ads

2. Create multiple hooks, angles, and concepts for testing

3. Collaborate on Reels, Shorts, and video ads

4. Use data to iterate creatives quickly

5. Leverage regional trends and audience behavior

6. Scale winning creatives through variations

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years in performance marketing / growth

• Experience with Meta Ads and/or YouTube Ads

• Strong analytical thinking + decision-making

• Excellent Hindi writing and storytelling

• Clear understanding of what makes ads convert

• Experience with A/B testing and iteration

• Ownership and ability to move fast

Bonus Points

• Experience in mobile app growth or D2C

• Familiarity with Reels, Shorts, UGC ads

• Basic understanding of editing/design workflows

• Experience combining data + creative strategy
