We are looking for candidates from Performance Marketing, Paid Social, D2C, Ad Creative Strategy, Creator Economy, Influencer Marketing, or UGC-driven brands/agencies who understand what makes ads convert, can think in hooks and angles, and can turn performance signals into better creative decisions.

As a Performance Creative Strategist, you will sit at the intersection of creative instinct, paid media psychology, and consumer behavior.
You will analyze UGC and paid social ads, identify what is working, and help shape new ad concepts, hooks, and creative directions that improve performance. You will work closely with editors, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to rapidly produce and refine ad variations for North American brands.
This is not a traditional brand/content role. This role is for someone who understands why an ad wins or loses and can convert that insight into better-performing creative.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour work should directly contribute to improving:
2 to 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Social Creative Strategy, UGC Ad Strategy, Creative Performance, or related roles
Must have experience working with North American brands or campaigns
Strong understanding of Meta and/or TikTok ad ecosystems
Experience managing or influencing paid social creative performance
Strong understanding of hooks, ad angles, consumer attention, and scroll-stopping creative
Ability to connect creative choices with business metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred ExperienceExperience in D2C / e-commerce / UGC-driven funnels
Experience with multi-creator ad formats
Exposure to media buying or close collaboration with media buying teams
Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and performance-led experimentation
Experience working with creators, editors, or performance creative teams
