About the Role:

We are looking for a Creative Strategist & Scriptwriter who can ideate, script, and strategize high-performing content for D2C and B2B brands. The ideal candidate should understand UGC-style content, digital psychology, and performance-driven creatives across Meta, YouTube, websites, and short-form videos.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Creative Strategy

  • Develop creative concepts, hooks, and strategies for paid ads, UGC videos, reels, landing page content, and brand campaigns.
  • Analyze brand positioning, TG insights, and past campaign performance to propose new creative directions.
  • Plan creative angles across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
  • Create briefs for creators, editors, and the content-production team.

2- Scriptwriting

  • Write compelling UGC scripts, short-form scripts, ad copy, brand storylines, and video flow structures.
  • Craft strong hooks, CTAs, and variations for A/B testing.
  • Convert marketing objectives into simple, relatable, and engaging scripts.
  • Maintain consistency in tonality across all brand communication.

3- UGC Knowledge

  • Ideate and script native influencer-style videos optimized for performance marketing.
  • Evaluate UGC creator performances and provide structured feedback on delivery, tone, and clarity.
  • Create UGC guidelines, talking points, and content flows for creators.
  • Stay updated with viral UGC trends and apply them to brand content.

4- Performance Creative

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and craft creatives optimized for these platforms.
  • Translate data insights into high-performing ad properties (videos, statics, carousels, reels) that resonate with the target audience.
  • Continuously analyze and improve creative performance using metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS.

Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience in scriptwriting / creative strategy (agency or brand-side).
  • Strong understanding of UGC content, social storytelling, and digital behaviour.
  • Experience in writing brief content, copies, creative reference, creative strategist
  • Proven experience managing and collaborating with graphic designers and video editors.
  • A passion for consuming content and generating out-of-the-box creative ideas on the go.
  • Ability to solve creative problems using strong data-driven insights.
  • A consistent track record of developing and maintaining relationships with creative, production, and influencer agencies.
  • Good understanding of Meta & Reels content formats.
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing is a plus.
