Job Description

Location : Unitech Cyberpark, Sector 39, Gurugram, Haryana

Work Mode : On-site, Full Time

Experience : 2-3 years

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Conceptualize and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with the visual and verbal brand identity of brands.
  • Client Insight & Analysis: Interpret client briefs and objectives, identify key challenges, and establish clear success metrics of the marketing campaigns.
  • Creative Ideation: Develop compelling and trending marketing campaigns starting points, storytelling, and content formats aligned with the brand's positioning.
  • Collaboration for Creative Direction: Provide clear, actionable guidance to copywriters, designers, and editors to facilitate seamless execution of content deliverables.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor emerging trends, evolving audience behaviors, and competitor activities to keep creative concepts fresh, relevant, and impactful.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent tone, voice, and messaging style of brand across all digital platforms.
  • Client Engagement & Escalations: Present creative strategies, campaign concepts, and scripts persuasively to clients, while also managing client escalations with professionalism and timely resolution.
  • Performance Optimization: Leverage social media analytics and past campaign performance data to refine and enhance future creative initiatives.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Adapt to feedback, resolve creative challenges, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Pitch Deck Development : Design and structure persuasive pitch deck that effectively communicate the marketing campaign concepts and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Multi-Brand Management: Experienced in handling multiple brands across diverse industries, with a clear understanding of their creative needs.
  • Campaign Presentation: Deliver end-to-end creative presentations for campaigns or scripts, articulating the narrative and creative vision.
  • Integrated Coordination: Liaise daily with Client Servicing teams, ensuring timely execution of deliverables from topical brand posts to marketing campaigns.
  • AI Generalist: Utilize AI-powered tools wherever needed in the process to boost campaign efficiency and creativity.
  • Quality Assurance: Review content and creative deliverables thoroughly to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines before final release.
