Role Overview
ODigMa is seeking a Digital & Content Strategy Manager to lead content strategy initiatives across multiple brands and industries. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities who can mentor and manage a team of strategists while driving innovative, insight-led content direction.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital and content strategists.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive content strategies across social, web, email, and integrated digital platforms.
- Establish structured planning processes and ensure consistent brand voice across campaigns.
- Provide strategic direction to ensure content aligns with client business objectives.
Campaign Development & Innovation
- Conceptualize and lead integrated digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify emerging trends, formats, and platform shifts to keep strategies current and competitive.
- Continuously refine creative and content frameworks to maintain market relevance.
Performance & Optimization
- Define KPIs and measure content effectiveness using performance metrics and analytics tools.
- Translate data insights into actionable strategic improvements.
- Optimize campaigns based on engagement, reach, and conversion data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with design, SEO, SEM, paid media, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
- Participate in client strategy discussions and presentations.
- Ensure alignment between creative output and performance goals.
Brand & Narrative Development
- Identify gaps in brand messaging and propose strategic enhancements.
- Build strong, differentiated brand narratives across digital channels.
- Ensure storytelling remains audience-focused and culturally relevant.
Qualifications & Experience
- 58+ years of experience in digital marketing and content strategy.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring strategy teams.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including social media, performance marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience handling multiple brands or clients simultaneously.
