About the Role:
Idiotic Media is looking for a highly driven and imaginative Creative Strategist to shape compelling digital campaign strategies for our brand partners. The ideal candidate should come with prior advertising agency experience, a strong understanding of brand communication, and the ability to translate insights into impactful creative directions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic frameworks and creative approaches for digital and influencer-led campaigns.
- Work closely with the creative, client servicing, and influencer teams to craft campaign ideas aligned with brand objectives.
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor landscape to create strong campaign narratives.
- Ideate content strategies for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
- Present strategies, concepts, and campaign directions to both internal teams and clients.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication touchpoints.
- Collaborate with teams to refine creative output and maintain strategic cohesion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably in advertising or influencer marketing agencies.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, pop culture, and content trends.
- Ability to manage multiple brand requirements with clarity and precision.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
