About:
We are looking to add a smart Creative Strategist who will own and drive Daughter Earths creative development. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, performance marketing and brand marketing. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential.
What you'll do:
Own overall creative development strategy across paid channels, website etc., and calendar for content development aligned with ads, launches, offers, and growth goals.
Plan, brief, and execute sales-driven creative assets (UGC, reels, statics, ad creatives) with creators and designers. Drive the development of content needed for paid ads and organic marketing - come up with content requirements, themes, select creators and execute high quality content in a cost effective manner. Ensure continuous pipeline of content assets (video and statics) for paid ads.
Will be responsible for insights on content performance in various platforms such as meta and youtube.
