Seeking a dynamic Client Servicing professional with strong copywriting skills to manage BFSI clients, understand their communication needs, and deliver high-quality content across campaigns and customer engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for BFSI clients, ensuring timely delivery of requirements.
- Understand briefs, coordinate with internal teams, and drive end-to-end campaign execution.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for BFSI campaigns - emails, SMS, digital ads, scripts, and customer communication.
- Ensure content adheres to BFSI guidelines, brand tone, and compliance rules. Support CRM and customer lifecycle communication initiatives.
- Create reports, track project deliverables, and maintain strong client relationships. Take ownership like an entrepreneur - proactively identify gaps, propose solutions, and find new opportunities to grow the account.
- Collaborate across strategy, design, data, and tech teams to push out smarter, more impactful work.
Requirements:
- 58 years of experience in Client Servicing, preferably in CRM/Marketing agencies.
- Strong copywriting experience specifically in the BFSI domain.
- Understanding of BFSI customer journeys, compliance, and communication sensibilities.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround expectations.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and drive outcomes independently.
