Role Overview
You will own the creative direction for D2C brands and be the single point of accountability for the client.
If you can't think strategically and manage clients confidently, this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy
- Build full-funnel creative strategies (Meta, Google, Social, Retention)
- Translate business goals into clear content and ad angles
- Develop hooks, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives
- Work closely with designers, editors, and media buyers to execute ideas
- Analyze performance and iterate creatives based on data, not opinions
Account Management
- Own D2C client accounts end-to-end
- Lead client calls, reviews, and strategy discussions
- Set clear expectations and ensure delivery on timelines and outcomes
- Act as the bridge between client expectations and internal teams
- Flag risks early and solve problems before they escalate
Performance & Growth
- Track KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, retention metrics
- Continuously improve creative and communication quality
- Push clients toward better decisions, not just agree with them
Who This Role Is For
- Someone with agency experience handling D2C brands
- Strong understanding of paid ads + content + funnels
- Confident communicator who can speak to founders and CMOs
- Strategic thinker who also executes and follows through
- Comfortable taking ownership and accountability
Requirements
- 25 years of agency experience (mandatory)
- Hands-on exposure to Meta ads and performance creatives
- Strong storytelling and consumer psychology understanding
- Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
- Clear communication and decision-making skills
