Role Overview CreativeProductionAssociate

We are looking for atalented and versatileCreative Production Associatewith skills acrossvideo editing, motion graphics,graphic design,photography, and videography.

This is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary role designed for acreativeprofessional who is not only technically skilled but also passionate about storytelling, layered editing, and capturing unforgettable moments across events.

As part of the Imagineers,you'llwork on everything frominternationalsummits, concert tours,corporate events,award shows,international conferencesto luxurious weddings.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Content Capture & Production

• Capture and deliver high-quality photos/videos across conferences and events.
• Use tools likeLightroom and Photoshopfor professional-grade imagery.
• Ensurecreative, consistent, and compelling visual storytelling.

Post-Production & Editing

• Edit videos usingAdobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Proor similar.
• Apply advanced motion graphics, layering, text overlays, and transitions.
• Produce event highlights, brand films, and engaging social media content.
• Maintaincreativestandards aligned with IX brand identity and client briefs.

Creative Design & Support

• Create digital assets such as social graphics, presentations, and event visuals.
• Assist in developing storyboards, shot lists, and creative concepts.

Event & Production Support

• Support on-site at events, shoots, and productions (locally and internationally).
• Work collaboratively with technical and production teams during live/hybrid events.
• Capture BTS and additional creative content when required.

Teamwork & Collaboration

• Work with global IX teams across design, production, and project management.
• Contribute ideas in creative planning sessions and support campaign development.
• Use cloud-based tools (Microsoft 365/Teams/OneDrive) for collaboration.

What May Make You Suitable for the Role

• Willingness towork evenings and weekendsduring key events, ifrequired.
• Provenexpertiseinvideo editing, photography, and videography.
• Strongportfolio/reel.
• Organised, independent, and adaptable with a can-do mindset.
• Ability andflexibility to traveltothe UKand internationallywhenrequired.
• Awareness of corporate and global markets, particularly within events, health, education, or thecreativeindustries.
• Confident working withMicrosoft Office and cloud-based digital tools.
• Interest in hybrid/virtual event platforms and technical production (including AV/streaming).
• Work with global teams on event projects and campaigns.
• Contribute ideas increativeplanning sessions.
