Role OverviewThe Creative Producer at WLDD is responsible for bringing bold, digital-first brand campaigns to life from idea to execution. This role sits at the intersection of creative thinking, production leadership, and campaign storytelling.
You'll work closely with creative, strategy, accounts, and production teams to conceptualize and execute high-impact campaigns across social, video, and digital platforms. The role demands a strong creative vision, hands-on execution skills, and the ability to turn ideas into scalable, scroll-stopping campaigns that deliver real brand value.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Ideation & Concept Development- Ideate and develop creative campaign concepts aligned with brand objectives and digital culture.
- Translate briefs into strong creative narratives, formats, and execution ideas.
- Pitch campaign ideas, content frameworks, and creative routes internally and to clients.
- Convert ideas into clear scripts, storyboards, and production plans.
Creative & Production Leadership- Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns across pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Direct on-ground shoots, managing talent, creators, crew, and production logistics.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, creators, and copy teams to deliver cohesive output.
- Ensure quality, timelines, and creative integrity are maintained across deliverables.
Brand Campaigns & Integrated Content- Execute branded campaigns that feel native, culturally relevant, and platform-first.
- Balance creativity with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Work closely with client servicing teams to align creative execution with brand expectations.
- Ensure consistency of creative vision across multiple assets within a campaign.
Skills & RequirementsMust-Have Skills- Strong experience in producing digital-first brand campaigns.
- Campaign ideation and creative concept development.
- Scriptwriting, storyboarding, and execution planning.
- On-ground shoot direction and production handling.
- Branded content creation with a digital and social-first mindset.
- Understanding of production workflows and timelines.
Good-to-Have Skills- Experience with influencer-led or creator-driven campaigns.
- Understanding of social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, Reels).
- Basic knowledge of post-production, sound, and visual design workflows.
- Ability to adapt campaigns across formats and platforms.

Experience & Background- Work Experience: 46 years in creative production or campaign execution roles.
