Role Overview

The Creative Producer will be responsible for driving the end-to-end creation of impactful video content that fuels brand storytelling, social engagement, and performance marketing initiatives. This role blends creativity with strategic thinking and operational excellence overseeing every stage from ideation, scripting, and concept development to production and post-production.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and performance teams, as well as external agencies and production partners, to deliver high-quality video assets that align with business objectives, brand identity, and audience insights. A strong grasp of scriptwriting, editing, visual storytelling, and performance metrics is essential, along with the ability to translate creative ideas into compelling, conversion-driven campaigns.

The ideal candidate is both a creative thinker and a hands-on producer, passionate about crafting stories that not only inspire but also drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Development & Concepting:

Ideate and develop compelling video concepts, scripts, and creative frameworks tailored for brand storytelling, and social media campaigns, brand films and ads.

Write, refine, and optimize video scripts for maximum engagement and conversion, incorporating A/B testing insights and performance data

Develop comprehensive creative briefs for internal teams and external agencies, ensuring clear communication of project objectives, target audiences, and brand guidelines

Production Management:

Own end-to-end production: pre-production (briefs, budgeting, casting, location, vendors), production (shoot, direction), post-production (editing, motion graphics, sound design, colour grading).

Liaise with external agencies, production houses, consultants, freelancers, directors, editors. Ensure quality, adherence to briefs, timelines, brand consistency.

Oversee resource planning: talent, equipment, props, schedules.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Serve as primary link among creative/production teams, marketing (performance, lead gen, brand), social media, influencers, and leadership for input gathering, brief alignment, approvals.

Measurement, Optimization & Learning:

Track performance of video/content assets; review metrics, extract learnings, share insights.

Iterate creative based on performance data to refine messaging, visuals, formats.

Qualification & Requirements

Typically, 3-6 years in creative / video production / content production roles, with at least some exposure to performance marketing or paid media environments.

Ability to write strong scripts, treatments; reviewing/editing video & audio; sense for pacing, colour, tone; familiarity with post-production workflows.

Experience dealing with external agencies / production houses / freelance crew: ability to manage relationships, negotiate, supervise execution.

Good sense of storytelling, visual design, sound, motion graphics etc.; high aesthetic standard with a keen eye for detail.
