Creative Producer - Video Team
Role Overview
We're looking for a Creative Producer who can seamlessly bridge ideas and execution. Someone who understands creative deeply but is equally strong on production owning projects end-to-end from concept to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative team to shape ideas into executable formats
- Lead end-to-end production: pre-production, shoot, and post
- Manage budgets, timelines, and production logistics
- Onboard and coordinate with directors, DOPs, stylists, editors, and vendors
- Ensure creative integrity while maintaining efficiency and cost control
- Oversee shoots and ensure smooth on-ground execution
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of both creative and production workflows
- Hands-on experience in managing shoots and production teams
- Ability to problem-solve on the go and manage high-pressure environments
- Good aesthetic sense and storytelling understanding
