Job Overview
We're seeking a Creative visionary to lead content production, create brand-specific storytelling, collaborate closely with our team and handle the pre-production work efficiency of the shoot.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading production from planning through execution
- Overseeing video shoots and managing pre-production activities
- Collaborating with design and content teams to maintain consistency
Required Skills
- Direction: On-set handling and directing videographers, actors; making creative choices and decisions based on the script
- Production: Casting talent and creating a database, managing budgets and expense records, prop sourcing, scheduling, and coordination with the team (end to end pre-production)
- Post-production: Reviewing final creatives with creative strategist
- Ownership of the client deliverables and accountability for any mishaps
- Experience in video production or social media content creation (Instagram Reels knowledge is valuable)
- Strong visual storytelling skills
- Organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple projects
- Collaborative approach and teamwork skills
Extra Skills
- Developing storyboards for ad campaigns (especially Instagram Reels and short-form content)
- Having a camera is a bonus but not a deal breaker
