Qualifications And Skills
- Video Production (Mandatory skill) Demonstrated expertise producing engaging video content from concept to completion for diverse platforms.
- Project Management (Mandatory skill) Strong experience overseeing creative projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables management, ensuring timely completion.
- Scriptwriting (Mandatory skill) Proficient in writing scripts that effectively convey concepts, brand messages, and narratives for visual content.
- Creative Direction Ability to guide the creative vision of projects, providing innovative ideas and ensuring brand consistency.
- Adobe Creative Suite Skilled in using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator for content creation and editing.
- Budget Management Experience in planning, allocating, and tracking budgets for creative productions to optimize resources and outcomes.
- Content Development Capable of ideating and producing original content tailored to varied audiences and digital platforms while meeting client objectives.
- Storyboarding Proficiency in translating concepts into visual storyboards that support smooth production processes and clear communication with stakeholders.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead creative planning and execution for photo and video projects, collaborating with internal teams, freelancers, and clients to meet project objectives.
- Develop original scripts and concepts for content that supports Huemns branding and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate project schedules, assign tasks, and manage teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely project delivery.
- Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production activities, including location sourcing, talent coordination, and asset management.
- Manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure resource optimization for all creative projects.
- Provide creative direction and feedback throughout the project lifecycle to maintain high-quality, impactful results.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and delivers consistent messaging across digital and offline platforms.
- Work closely with designers, marketers, and cross-functional leaders to align creative outputs with business goals and evolving industry trends.
