Creative Producer with Writing Sensibilities

Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Producer who can own projects end-to-end and also contribute meaningfully to writing: scripts, treatments, and basic content for decks or campaigns. You will lead ideas from brief to final delivery, working closely with editors, designers, and motion artists.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production for video and design projects, from brief, concept, and scripting to shoot and final delivery.
- Interpret client briefs and translate them into clear creative concepts, storylines, and visual approaches.
- Contribute to writing: scripts, VO lines, basic copy for decks, storyboards, and creative proposals.
- Manage and strictly adhere to project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery across all stages of production.
- Coordinate with internal team members (video editors, designers, motion graphics) and external vendors/freelancers when needed.
- Oversee budgets and production schedules to ensure smooth, efficient delivery without delays.
- Communicate with clients for approvals, feedback, and presentations, maintaining strong relationships.
- Ensure all outputs align with brand tone, corporate communication goals, and quality standards.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in film production, advertising, or content production (agency/production house/startup preferred).
- Strong understanding of storytelling for corporate films, ad films, and digital content.
- Demonstrated writing sensibilities: ability to write or refine scripts, treatments, and decks (not necessarily a full-time copywriter, but confident with words).
- Good grasp of corporate communication, brand language, and structured messaging.
- Experience working with post-production (edit, color, sound) and design/motion teams.
- Proven ability to manage tight timelines and deliver projects on schedule with attention to detail.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and presenting ideas.
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience as a Producer / Creative Producer in a production house.
- Basic familiarity with editing or design tools (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Figma, Adobe Suite) to collaborate better with the team.
- Interest in startups, tech, or B2B brands is a plus.
