Creative Producer - Weddings

We're looking for a Creative Producer at 1Plus1 Studio!

A role for someone who can hold the story of a wedding from the very first conversation to the final frame.

At 1Plus1 Studio, we craft emotional, cinematic, editorial wedding visuals that have been featured in Vogue, CN Traveller, Harper's Bazaar and more. We're now looking for a Creative Lead who can bring a couple's personality, culture, and emotions to life through intentional storytelling.

What you'll do

Lead client conversations to understand their story, mood, and aesthetic

Build the creative blueprint for each wedding

Work closely with photographers and cinematographers on pre-production

Be on-ground during major events to guide the creative flow

Shape the final films and photos alongside our editors

Maintain continuity and creative integrity from start to finish

Who you are

36 years of experience in creative direction, filmmaking, photography, or visual storytelling

Strong aesthetic sense and emotional intelligence

Confident in client-facing conversations

Calm, intuitive, and collaborative

Someone who loves owning a project creatively end-to-end
