We're looking for a hands-on Creative Producer who understands how to engineer

emotional escalation, power shifts, and compelling payoffs within tightly structured episodes.

This is not a coordination role.

This is a story of ownership role.

What You'll Do

Shape and elevate scripts into structurally tight episodic narratives.

Design strong hooks and decisive cliffhangers.

Build sustained dramatic escalation without emotional drop.

Craft satisfying payoffs across the larger story arc.

Create and identify visually impactful, thumb-stopping moments at script stage.

Deliver consistently in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

48 years in writing or scripted content development.

Strong structural storytelling ability.

Mastery of episodic pacing and dramatic construction.

Instinct for emotional conflict and status reversals.

Comfort evaluating your work using engagement data (retention, drop-offs).
