About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Producer to join our creative team. As a Producer, you will own the entire scripting workflow, right from story & localization to the final script creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Lifecycle Management: Own the complete scripting including story, localization, scripting and quality check of the content.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with creative, technical, and production teams to create the best quality content
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the project meets the company's high standards for quality, style, and consistency; provide constructive feedback and support to the team.
- Team Leadership: Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting creativity and professional growth within the creative team.
- Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate new techniques in the content production process.
- Recruitment and Training: Assist in recruiting new talent and providing ongoing training and development opportunities for the team.
Mandatory Skills
- Experience in story and screenplay for fictional video content
- Proficiency in English
- Curiosity to learn and adopt AI technologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines and expectations
- Problem-solving approach
Good to Have Skills
- Formal education in fine arts, film, or cinema
- Understanding of the content production process
- Experience in AI tools
- Experience with Micro Dramas
