• Eligibility Criteria: Masters in Finance, 5–7 Years of Relevant Experience

Required Skills & Competencies

• 7 Plus years of experience in Wealth Management / Banking Industry

• Market and investment product knowledge

• Ability to interpret market trends

• High collaboration

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Target orientation

• Acquisition experience / expertise

• Customer centricity

• Client acquisition with client retention & deepening

Key Responsibilities

1. Undertake New Client Acquisition, Retention & Growth

• Identify and acquire new customers for Wealth

• Execute monthly sales plan to acquire large prospective clients

• Ensure regular contact with all mapped clients through weekly/monthly calls

• Daily tracking of targets & personal meetings with clients

• Identify potential clients (Corporates/FIs) through referral networks and other sourcing channels such as ads, directories, corporate associations, internet, etc.

• Ensure 100% client penetration for business sourced & increase share of wallet & revenues

• Undertake joint calls with research team / portfolio reviews / corporate worksite engagements

• Work with retail teams to arrange worksites in institutional client premises

2. Achieve Targeted Profitability & Fee Income

• Maintain sales volumes & achieve targeted revenue from all customers/products

• Share regular market updates with clients and provide the right investment solutions

• Maintain projected fee income at budgeted levels

• Undertake cross-selling initiatives to achieve revenue targets

3. Contribute to Customer Satisfaction Initiatives

• Follow ethical and fair practices code for selling products

• Ensure regular availability of research material and inputs to clients

• Ensure client commitments are fulfilled and grievances addressed

• Keep abreast of latest developments and communicate client requirements to Regional Head & research teams

4. Ensure Policy Adherence and Documentation

• Be aware of all critical policies & procedures and ensure compliance

• Support risk & review processes through monitoring client profiles

• Ensure proper documentation including proposals & KYC procedures

• Coordinate with CSM and market intermediaries like MFs & banks for smooth transactions

5. MIS, Competitor Tracking & Reporting

• Send periodic activity & sales reports to the Team Lead

• Monitor competitor products, marketing initiatives & report insights to management, product & research teams

6. Skill Enhancement

• Ensure ongoing self-development through internal/external training programs

• Pursue relevant certifications to enhance financial advisory skills
