About the Role

Indrajaal's Design & Communications (DesComm) team drives marketing, brand, digital, UX/UI, industrial design, content, and marcom initiatives. With diverse deliverables from brochures to campaigns and product workflows, the Creative Ops Lead ensures order, pace, and alignment. Acting as the central hub, this role translates briefs into tasks, synchronizes teams, and safeguards quality and timelinessimilar to an Account Manager or Project Lead in a fast-paced creative agency, adapted to Indrajaal's cross-disciplinary environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as the central point of communication between leadership, internal teams, vendors, and partners.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into structured briefs, clarify requirements, and define deliverables with precision.
  • Maintain alignment with Sales, Product, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Implementation, and Leadership.
Project & Workflow Management
  • Break down complex multi-stream initiatives into clear tasks, sub-tasks, and timelines.
  • Create and track project plans, sprint boards, production calendars, and review cycles.
  • Maintain zero drift: ensure deadlines, scope boundaries, and dependencies are continuously managed.
  • Flag risks early, propose mitigation steps, and ensure proactive communication.
Creative & Technical Team Coordination
  • Coordinate workflow across designers, UX/UI teams, writers, motion teams, industrial design, developers, content creators, and external agencies.
  • Ensure teams receive complete briefs, assets, and feedback before starting work.
  • Manage versioning, checkpoints, internal reviews, and final approvals.
Documentation, Systems & Process Management
  • Maintain master project trackers, status reports, documentation, SOPs, and workflow systems.
  • Ensure all workstreams are recorded in task-management tools (Notion / Asana / Trello / Jira).
  • Standardise processes for intake, briefing, review, revision, and delivery.
Vendor, Legal & Procurement Liaison
  • Coordinate with procurement, legal, and finance for vendor onboarding, contracts, POs, SOWs, and invoice management.
  • Ensure compliance with timelines, formats, documentation standards, and approvals.
Quality, Brand Consistency & Operational Discipline
  • Check creative drafts for alignment with brand language, tone, and visual identity.
  • Ensure consistency across all design, communication, and UX deliverables.
  • Maintain an always-on view of progress, risks, gaps, and dependencies.

Who You Are

  • 48 years in project coordination, account management, client servicing, or operations in:
  • Advertising or digital agencies
  • UI/UX or product design studios
  • Creative, marcom, or brand agencies
  • Fast-paced tech startups with interdisciplinary creative teams
  • You think in systems, timelines, dependencies, and clarity.
  • You can translate ambiguous requirements into structured tasks.
  • You're exceptionally organised and stay calm in high-volume workflows.
  • You speak both creative and business.
  • You thrive in founder-led environments where priorities move fast.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Understanding of design workflows (UI/UX, Visual Communication Design, and industrial design).
  • Ability to catch basic quality issues in layouts, copy, and websites.
  • Prior experience supporting marketing or brand teams.
  • Exposure to defence tech, SaaS, or emerging tech environments.
