TAbout the Role
We are looking for a versatile, high-energy Multimedia Designerto join our team. You won't just be making graphicsyou will be building the visual language of a brand across every touchpoint for us and for our clients. From the massive scale of outdoor hoardings to the high-retention world of social media carousels and video ads, you will be the guardian of our aesthetic.
The ideal candidate is a unicorn who can switch gears between the technical precision required for large-format print and the creative storytelling needed for short-form video content.
Key Responsibilities
- Print & Outdoor:Design high-impact hoardings, billboards, and posters that grab attention in seconds. Create detailed, print-ready pamphlets and brochures with a focus on typography and layout.
- Digital Storytelling:Craft engaging, high-conversion Instagram/LinkedIn carousels and social media assets.
- Motion & Video:Edit and animate short-form brand videos, promos, and motiongraphics that bring the Companion brand to life.
- Brand Consistency:Ensure our visual identity remains on-brand across varied mediums, maintaining color accuracy between digital screens and physical print.
- Production Management:Prepare flawless technical files for vendors (bleeds, vectors, CMYK, and video codecs).
Required Skillset & Tools
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite:Specifically Illustrator (for hoardings/vectors), Photoshop (for compositing), InDesign (for multi-page pamphlets), and After Effects/Premiere Pro (for video).
- Print Literacy:Deep understanding of DPI, bleed margins, color profiles (CMYK vs. RGB), and material-specific design (flex, vinyl, paper).
- Visual Hierarchy:A pro-level grasp of typography and compositionknowing what to make pop on a 40-foot hoarding vs. a 6-inch phone screen.
- Portfolio Requirement:A diverse portfolio showcasing both static print work and motion/video samples.
