Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Marketing Specialist based in Faridabad, with the flexibility of remote work at the company's discretion. At Odhanon, we're looking for someone who is strong in graphic design and video editing, with a clear understanding of how content performs on social media. The primary responsibilities include managing and creating engaging social media content, developing marketing strategies for digital platforms, executing campaigns to boost brand presence, analyzing performance metrics and building strong communication with audiences.

This role involves:

– Designing social media creatives with captions aligned with our brand aesthetic

– Editing engaging, high-quality videos

– Contributing to the visual direction of the brand

– Managing brand communication across platforms

– Coordinating with creators and collaborators

You'd be a great fit if you:

– Have a strong eye for design, layout, and aesthetics

– Are skilled in graphic design + video editing tools

– Understand what works on social media (especially Instagram)

– Communicate clearly and professionally
