Role Overview

As a Communication Associate, you will be the first point of connection between By The Bay and our customers & collaborators. Your role is to ensure every interaction reflects warmth, clarity, and the elevated experience we stand for.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication

Handle customer queries on WhatsApp, Email & Instagram DMs with confidence and empathy

Provide prompt, clear, and polite responses

Assist customers in making purchase decisions

Order Coordination

Coordinate orders with internal teams

Share timely updates with customers regarding their orders

Ensure a smooth, hassle-free post-purchase experience

Influencer & Collaboration Management

Manage all communication with influencers and collaborators

Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and expectations

Ensure smooth execution of collaborations from start to finish

Who We're Looking For

A confident and articulate communicator

Someone who is polite, patient, and empathetic

A good listener who understands customer needs

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Someone who can maintain brand tone — warm, luxe, and thoughtful

Comfortable handling multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
