Manager - Creative and Branding

Job Description:
Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire the creative team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence. Develop and implement creative strategies that align with business goals.
Working with the brand team to produce new ideas for the University's branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
Directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
Shaping brand standards and creating procedures to ensure all products are brand-appropriate.
Supervising the department's daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines and budgets.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the brand voice and identity. Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
Campaign Development: Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and achieve marketing objectives. Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of creative content. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategies and campaigns.
Client and Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives. Present creative concepts and gather feedback to refine and improve deliverables.
Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and feedback.
Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Introduce new ideas and approaches to keep the brand's content fresh and relevant.
Education & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Communication /Arts/ Design /Fine Arts required (Master's degree preferred)
7-10+ years experience in a creative leadership role
Proven success in managing creative teams
Portfolio of previous work that displays an ability to turn an idea into a visual piece
Strong communication and computer skills
Experience with a variety of software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, etc.
Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Comprehensive knowledge of the marketing design process
An intimate understanding of design, copy and web best practices/guidelines
A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
Indicative Salary INR 10-12 lacs + Performance bonus of up to 10%
