We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Manager to lead the visual communication and creative design function for our real estate brand. The role will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns, designing marketing materials, and producing engaging visual content for project launches, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, events, and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in graphic design, video editing, branding, and creative storytelling, along with hands-on experience using modern AI tools for creative development.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Campaign Development

Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for new project launches, events, exhibitions, and promotional schemes.
Develop innovative visual concepts that enhance brand visibility and marketing impact.
Work closely with the marketing team to design creative marketing collaterals and advertising materials.

Graphic Design & Branding

Design high-quality brochures, advertisements, hoardings, social media creatives, presentations, and marketing materials.
Ensure all designs strictly follow the company's brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
Maintain consistency in brand communication across all platforms.

Video Editing & Multimedia

Create and edit videos for project launches, corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Develop engaging multimedia content for digital marketing and social media platforms.

Software & Creative Tools

Utilize professional design software including:
Adobe Creative Suite
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Premiere Pro
Other relevant graphic and video editing tools
Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance graphic design, content creation, and creative campaign development.

Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with printing vendors and production agencies for marketing materials.
Ensure timely delivery of printed collaterals with proper quality checks.

Quality Control & Proofreading

Review and proofread all designs and creative outputs before final release.
Ensure accuracy in text, layout, colors, and design elements.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong graphic design and video editing skills
Expertise in branding, marketing creatives, and campaign design
Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Knowledge of AI tools for design and creative automation
Excellent attention to detail and proofreading ability
