Creative Manager (Design Projects)

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and organized professional who can bridge the gap between clients and our internal design team. This role requires someone who understands design workflows, manages client expectations, and ensures seamless delivery of high-quality creative work across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

● Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the creative team, ensuring clear communication and alignment

● Understand client requirements and translate them into structured creative briefs and project plans ● Plan and manage multiple design projects, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables ● Coordinate with graphic designers and internal teams to ensure timely and highquality output

● Review creative work (digital and print) to maintain brand consistency and accuracy

● Manage feedback loops between clients and teams to ensure smooth project execution

● Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve workflow efficiency

● Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and updates

● Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the quality and impact of creative deliverables

Requirements

● Experience: 2–5 years in account management, client servicing, or project management within a design studio, agency, or marketing environment

● Skills:

○ Strong understanding of design workflows and graphic design principles

○ Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

○ Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or similar

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

● Soft Skills:

○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

○ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

○ Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
