Job Description

  • Leadend-to-end creative directionfor luxury and premium brands.
  • Build and maintainstrong brand identitiesacross visual language, tone, storytelling, and positioning.
  • Overseebranding, design systems, websites, digital experiences, campaigns, and content ecosystems.
  • Translate brand strategy intoclear, actionable creative outputs.
  • Ensurefast, efficient execution turning ideas into live deliverables with speed and precision.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining premium quality standards.
  • Act as theprimary client point of contact, aligning creative vision with business goals.
  • Streamline workflows for smooth production and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, content, operations) to bring concepts to life.
  • Contribute to HMLC's own brand growth and creative evolution.

Requirements

  • Background inLuxury Brand Management.
  • Strong understanding ofpremium aesthetics, design sensibility, and luxury consumer behaviour.
  • Experience managingbranding, websites, campaigns, and multi-channel creative projects.
  • Ability to think strategicallyand execute hands-on.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality workquickly and efficiently.
  • Strong project management and operational skills.
  • Experience in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or premium sectors is a plus.
