Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Lead who will own and elevate the visual identity of the brand across all platforms retail, packaging, digital, exports, and campaigns.

This is not just a design execution role. It is a brand leadership position responsible for shaping how Jagdish Farshan looks, feels, and communicates.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Direction and Visual Identity

  • Define and evolve the brand's visual language
  • Develop and maintain structured brand guidelines
  • Ensure consistency across all communication channels
  • Strengthen premium positioning across retail and digital touchpoints

Packaging and Product Innovation

  • Lead packaging design for sweets, namkeen, gifting, and export markets
  • Conceptualise festive collections and limited-edition launches
  • Improve shelf appeal and visual differentiation

Campaign and Content Leadership

  • Conceptualise marketing campaigns and visual storytelling
  • Guide social media and digital creative strategy
  • Work closely with marketing for performance-driven creatives
  • Oversee product photography direction and styling

Team and Creative Process

  • Lead and mentor the in-house design team
  • Manage creative workflows and timelines
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors
  • Maintain high standards of execution and innovation

Required Experience

  • 610 years of experience in design and brand development
  • Strong portfolio in retail, FMCG, or consumer brands
  • Proven experience in packaging and brand identity projects
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of digital-first branding
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring a team preferred
