Role Overview
As a Creative Branding Lead, you will take ownership of branding projects end-to-end from concept to execution. You'll lead creative direction, collaborate closely with clients, and guide teams to deliver thoughtful, visually compelling brand solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the creative direction and brand identity development across multiple client projects
- Manage branding projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and consistency
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into impactful brand experiences
- Oversee and refine brand identities, packaging, digital assets, and marketing collateral
- Align creative output with brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling
- Mentor and collaborate with internal teams while maintaining high creative standards
- Continuously improve processes, introduce fresh ideas, and push creative innovation
- What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in branding, design, and creative leadership
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives
- Excellent design sensibility with a sharp eye for typography, layout, and detail
- Proven experience in client presentations and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and relevant design tools
- Solid understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work
