Job Description

Role Title: Creative Lead Brigade Residential

Location - Bengaluru (with close collaboration across project sites and HO)

Role Overview:

The role will own the creative vision for Brigade's residential portfolio across luxury, premium, and mid-segment developments. He / she will be responsible for translating product strategy, consumer insight, and brand ethos into distinctive, high-impact creative communication across digital, print, on-ground, and experiential touchpoints. It will require strong conceptual leadership, hands-on creative direction, and the ability to manage internal creative teams and work with external agencies to deliver consistently high-quality work at speed, especially around launches and high-pressure marketing milestones.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Strategy & Concept Development

o Own the creative narrative for Brigade Residential projects from pre-launch to completion

o Develop campaign platforms, brand stories, and communication territories aligned to project positioning (luxury, family-living, senior living, mixed-use, etc.)

o Developing new-age communication methods that resonate with modern audiences, who prefer concise, authentic content with personal voices

o Translate consumer insights into compelling creative ideas

o Engaging content that reflects the spirit of the brand o Ensure the campaigns reflect Brigade's premium brand values while being locally relevant and sales-effective

2. Working closely with the Marketing team for Campaign & Launch Execution

Lead creative development for:

Project launches

Digital and social campaigns

Films, walkthroughs, and AV assets

Influencer campaigns

Drive creative excellence under tight timelines during launch windows and regulatory milestones

Print ads, brochures, coffee table books

Site branding, experience centers

Work closely with brand marketing, digital, media, PR and sales teams to ensure message clarity and conversion focus across touchpoints

Ability to deliver strategic, regionally nuanced content across print, digital, and AI-driven formats

3. Team & Agency Management

o Build and mentor in-house creative resources (designers, copywriters, motion partners)

o Manage multiple external creative agencies, production houses, and freelancers

o Own creative briefs, review cycles, feedback loops, and final approvals

o Ensure consistency in quality, tonality, and brand expression across all partners

4. Brand Governance & Quality Control

o Act as the custodian of Brigade Residential's creative standards and visual language

o Ensure uniformity and excellence across:

Campaign creatives

Digital assets and social adaptations

WhatsApp creatives and performance formats

On-ground branding and collaterals

o Elevate creative output while balancing commercial objectives and compliance requirements

5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

o Partner closely with:

Brand marketing teams

Digital and performance marketing teams

Product, project, sales & post sales teams for consumer understanding

o Present creative ideas conidently to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

o Incorporate feedback without diluting the core creative idea

o Building personal narratives of the Management to establish thought leadership

Desired Profile

o Experience 15+ years of experience in creative leadership roles.

o Strong background in real estate, luxury, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

o Experience working with or within creative agencies is highly preferred.

o Proven experience handling high-value launches and brand-critical campaigns.
