Creative Lead(Art)

Triloke is looking for a Creative Lead who can lead ideas and design across branding, digital, film, social, campaigns, events, and everything in between.

You'll work on brands across tech, luxury, lifestyle, F&B, startups, employer branding, and culture-led campaigns.

Knowledge of Adobe suite is a must. 

What You'll Do

- Lead creative thinking and design across campaigns, brands, films, social media, and experiences

- ⁠Build strong concepts, narratives, and visual directions

- ⁠Work closely with strategy, content, design, film, and client teams

- ⁠Present ideas confidently to clients and leadership

- ⁠Mentor designers, writers, editors, and emerging creatives

Who We're Looking For:

- 5–10+ years in an agency

- ⁠Strong portfolio across branding, campaigns, digital, or films

- ⁠Someone who understands culture, design, storytelling, and attention

- ⁠Ability to think strategically - not just aesthetically

- ⁠Fast, collaborative, detail-obsessed

- ⁠Bonus if you've worked on tech, luxury, hospitality, or disruptive brands

- ⁠Someone who can create pitch decks

- ⁠Understand that creativity should also drive business
