Role Overview

11 Media Branding & Advertising Agency based in Rajkot, is seeking a strategic and execution-driven leader to head our Digital Marketing and Web Development divisions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning strategy, execution, team performance and quality control across both departments. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership ability, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

1 Department Leadership

  • Lead and manage the Digital Marketing Team (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, Content, Analytics).
  • Oversee the Web Designing & Development Team.
  • Establish clear workflows, SOPs, and accountability structures.
  • Conduct regular team reviews and performance evaluations.
  • Drive a performance-oriented and ownership-driven culture.

2 Strategy & Planning

  • Develop digital growth strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Define website architecture, UX direction, and digital campaign planning.
  • Plan and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Introduce process improvements and automation tools.
  • Align digital initiatives with overall company vision and revenue goals.

3 Project & Client Coordination

  • Work closely with Client & Team Coordinators to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure accurate translation of client briefs into execution strategy.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Attend strategic client meetings when required.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.

4 Quality Control & Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and ROI.
  • Review website performance, UI/UX standards, and technical quality.
  • Ensure compliance with SEO best practices, speed, security, and responsiveness standards.
  • Develop and track departmental KPIs and reporting formats.

Team Structuring & Growth

  • Strengthen inter-department communication.
  • Identify hiring needs and support HR in recruitment.
  • Mentor team members and build second-line leadership.
  • Implement structured reporting systems for transparency and performance tracking.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 610 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Web Development.
  • Minimum 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of: SEO & Performance Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Web Technologies (WordPress, Shopify, Custom Development, etc.), UI/UX Principles, Analytics Tools (GA4, Search Console, etc.).
  • Strong project management and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
