Role Overview:
The Studio Head will be responsible for leading and managing the in-house creative team at BPTP, a leading real estate company in Delhi NCR. The role involves overseeing the creation, production, and delivery of all content (visual, written, and multimedia) across all communication platforms to enhance the company's brand presence and communication efforts.
The ideal candidate will ensure that BPTP's content resonates with the audience, stays relevant to the latest trends, and mirrors the quality of globally recognized brands. This role demands a strong combination of leadership, creative vision, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement an integrated content strategy for all company communications, ensuring alignment with BPTP's branding and marketing goals.
- Oversee the creative process from concept to execution for all content formats, including social media, website, digital ads, print media, and internal communications.
- Ensure content reflects the latest design and communication trends in real estate and aligns with BPTP's vision of being a modern, innovative brand.
- Creative Direction:
- Provide creative direction and guidance to the team, ensuring all outputs are innovative, engaging, and aligned with global trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation and storytelling.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure content supports business objectives and campaign goals.
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage a creative team comprising a graphic designer, photographer/videographer, video editor, and copywriter.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and regular performance feedback to the team to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Allocate and prioritize tasks based on project timelines and business needs.
- Conduct regular brainstorming sessions to align the team's creativity with the company's marketing objectives and brand values
- Brand Elevation:
- Work closely with the CMO and brand team to elevate BPTP's communication stature, ensuring it matches the best-recalled global brands.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and impact.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate BPTP's content and storytelling from competitors.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage the studio's budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high-quality outputs.
- Source and manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with global and regional design trends, emerging digital marketing strategies, and technological advancements.
- Identify opportunities to innovate and incorporate new content formats (e.g., AR/VR, 360-degree tours, interactive content) to engage audiences
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of content across all platforms (social media, website, email campaigns, etc.).
- Provide regular reports on content performance, engagement metrics, and insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to optimize content strategy based on data-driven insights

- Increase in engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, click-through rates) across all platforms.
- Improvement in brand recall and recognition, measured through surveys and market research.
- Team Productivity & Output:
- Timely delivery of projects (on or before deadlines).
- Number of high-quality content pieces produced per month/quarter.
- Brand Elevation:
- Positive sentiment analysis of BPTP's brand across digital and traditional media.
- Increase in follower count and audience growth on social media platforms.
- Innovation & Trends:
- Number of innovative content formats or campaigns introduced.
- Adoption of emerging trends and technologies in content creation.
- Budget Management:
- Adherence to the studio's budget, with no overspending.
- Cost savings achieved through efficient resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Positive feedback from internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, and leadership teams).
- Alignment of content with campaign goals and business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field. Graduates from design field will have an advantage.
- 8-10 years of experience in content creation, creative direction, or brand management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual storytelling, content strategy, and brand elevation.
- Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Understanding of real estate marketing trends and consumer behavior will be an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
