About the Company

A global logistics leader is building its India creative centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire designers who can think big. You will create bold concepts for a business that moves goods across the world every day. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Creative Graphic Designer, you will lead with ideas, taking campaigns from concept to craft and bringing a distinctive visual point of view to every brief.

Key Responsibilities

Concept & Craft

• Develop original creative concepts for campaigns and brand moments
• Design across formats, from key visuals to social and print
• Pitch ideas with mockups that sell the thinking

Brand & Collaboration

• Push the brand forward while keeping it coherent
• Partner with marketing and content to shape each campaign

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 to 5 years in creative or brand design with a concept-led portfolio
• Strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• An ideas-first approach paired with sharp execution
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency or in-house creative-team experience
• Skills in illustration, motion, or art direction
• A portfolio that shows range and original thinking
