Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Creative Director (Copy) to lead the development of compelling brand narratives, campaign concepts, and high-impact creative communications across multiple channels. The ideal candidate combines exceptional writing skills with strategic thinking, team leadership, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior to deliver innovative and effective creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, video, CRM, and experiential channels.
  • Develop and oversee brand voice, messaging frameworks, and storytelling strategies.
  • Guide copywriters and creative teams in concept development, execution, and quality standards.
  • Partner with art directors, designers, strategists, account teams, and clients to create cohesive campaigns.
  • Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure all copy aligns with brand guidelines, business objectives, and audience insights.
  • Review, edit, and approve creative deliverables to maintain excellence and consistency.
  • Mentor and develop creative talent through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, cultural insights, emerging platforms, and creative best practices.
  • Contribute to new business pitches, thought leadership initiatives, and agency growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, English, or a related field.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, advertising, or creative leadership.
  • Proven experience leading integrated campaigns for major brands.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and exceptional copywriting across multiple formats.
  • Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance creative excellence with business and marketing objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in advertising agencies, creative agencies, or in-house brand teams.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and emerging media platforms.
  • Experience working with global or regional brands.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and creative production workflows.
