The Brand Brew is a content-first creative agency built for high-growth D2C brands. We run a full content studio - organic, social, UGC, production, performance, and every single client has found us through content we made for ourselves. No ads. No cold outreach.
We're growing fast and we need someone to own the creative vertical.
What the job is
You'll set the creative direction across every client and every format. You'll be the highest creative authority in the room which means the best work and the worst work both have your name on them.
You'll lead, mentor and grow a team of creatives who already exist and already have energy - they just need a real creative leader above them for the first time. You'll build the structure that's currently missing, set the creative standards, and be the person who makes the team better by simply being in the room.
You'll report directly to the founder and be a genuine thought partner on where TBB goes creatively. We want your opinion. We want you to push back when something isn't good enough. We want you to have a vision and fight for it.
And you'll write. Not delegate and review. Actually write copy that's sharp, ideas that are well-framed, briefs that people don't need to read twice. If you've stopped writing because you're too senior for that now, we're probably not the right fit for each other.
Who we're looking for
You've spent meaningful time in agencies. You've created work, led teams, and managed the full messiness of both. You know how to take a half-baked brief and turn it into something worth making. You also know how to tell a client when the brief itself is the problem.
You speak production. Creatively, yes but you also understand timelines, deliverables, formats, and what things actually cost to make. You don't hand off an idea and disappear. You stay with it until it exists in the world the way it was supposed to.
You're chronically online, both as a personality trait but also as a professional edge. You know what's moving on the internet right now, why it's moving, and how to make something that rides the wave instead of chasing it after it's already broken. Content-first is not a buzzword here. It's how we operate and it's how we've grown.
You want to help grow something that's already growing. Sure, because it's a good career move but also because you find it genuinely exciting to build something that isn't finished yet.
On AI
We use AI. We think it's a genuinely useful tool in the right hands. But we've interviewed enough people to know the difference between someone who uses AI to think faster and someone who uses it to avoid thinking altogether.
If your application is AI-written, we'll know. More importantly, the assignment will too. What we're looking for is your taste, your instincts, and your voice - none of which a model can generate for you. Use it as a tool. Don't use it as a mask.

This is a full-time, in-person role in Delhi. Every day. That's not going to change.
We pay well for the right person. Experience level of 7 years minimum because this role requires someone who has genuinely been around long enough to have made real mistakes and learned from them.
