Whizz HR is looking to hire 2D Art Director/ Art Director to work with an agency in Delhi :c
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the 2D visual language across assigned brands and campaigns
- Conceptualize and execute strong visual ideas for digital, social, print, and integrated campaigns
- Lead and mentor graphic designers, illustrators, and junior art team members
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life
- Create and review layouts, illustrations, key visuals, brand assets, and campaign creatives
- Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines, quality standards, and timelines
- Present concepts and visual rationale to internal teams and clients
- Stay updated with design trends, visual styles, and emerging formats
- Maintain consistency and excellence across multiple projects simultaneously
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in 2D design / art direction, preferably in an agency setup
- Strong portfolio showcasing illustration, typography, layouts, and campaign thinking
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Solid understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Experience leading or mentoring a design team
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
