Creative Director

This is a full-time Creative Director role at Sundari Silks, based on-site in Chennai. The Creative Director will oversee and lead creative initiatives, develop and execute creative strategies, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Responsibilities include providing creative direction, managing the visual identity of the brand, supervising branding efforts and art direction, and collaborating with designers to develop innovative graphic designs. The role will involve close coordination with marketing and product teams to align creative outputs with overall business objectives.

• Proven expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy development
• Strong experience in Branding and Art Direction to maintain consistent brand identity
• Proficiency in Graphic Design with an eye for detail and aesthetic
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide a creative team effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey ideas and strategies clearly
• Ability to work on-site, with a passion for traditional and contemporary design
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
• Experience in the fashion and textiles industry is highly desirable
