Creative Director
We're looking for a Creative Director to raise the quality bar on AI-generated brand scripts and advertising content. You'll work with AI-generated scripts as raw material, sharpening them, rewriting where needed, and setting the creative standard the tool must eventually meet.
What You'll Do
- Review and elevate AI-generated brand scripts across emotional, comedic, and exaggerated story formats
- Define the creative benchmarks for what good looks like
- Brief and guide the team producing AI-based video ads
- Collaborate with the product team to feed creative learnings back into prompt and workflow improvements
- Build a repeatable creative process that scales across diverse SME brands and categories
What We're Looking For
- 8–12 years in advertising or brand communications, with strong creative credentials
- Experience directing or writing across formats - film, digital, social
- Comfortable working with (and honestly critiquing) AI-generated content
- Has worked on FMCG, D2C, or SME brands, understands the constraints and opportunities
- Strong POV on what makes a brand story land
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI video production tools
- Experience in vernacular or regional market advertising
