- 8–12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Digital / Mobile Banking environments
- Understanding of mobile app journeys, UI/UX principles, and responsive design concepts
- Domain knowledge in Retail Banking / Digital Banking (accounts, payments, onboarding, servicing)
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams with story‑driven delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
