We are looking for ahands-on Creative Directorwho canthink, shoot, edit, and lead.

This role isnotfor someone who only manages or only executes.

You will owncreative direction, execution quality, and brand output.

Location:Delhi (Hybrid)

Compensation:20,00025,000/month + performance incentives

• Define and execute creative vision aligned with business goals
• Lead editors, designers, and creatives
• Oversee shoots, edits, scripts, and final output
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms
• Connect content performance with business outcomes

• Strong editing and design knowledge
• Ability to shoot and edit content independently when required
• Clear creative judgment and storytelling sense
